Great staff, organized rooms, nice location, good value for money, amazing laundry service, stunning family room.

The hotel was conveniently located near restaurants and pubs. the room had good access to natural light.

The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The bed linens had noticeable stains, and there were bugs and cockroaches throughout the room, which detracted from the overall experience.

The hotel offered great amenities including free wifi and hot water which were very convenient. the room size was just right and the location was perfect for exploring the city. the staff was amazing and always ready to help with anything we needed.

We found the organization of the hotel to be quite poor. the reception desk was often unattended and we had to search for staff members.
